Lifelong Milwaukeean Sallie A. Wichman (nee Kretchmar) of Mequon died June 1 of complications of multiple sclerosis at the age of 67.
She graduated from Shorewood High School in 1954 and attended the University of Colorado in Boulder for two years. She was a member of Congregation Shalom.
She is survived by daughter Jodi Wichman of Glendale; son Steve Wichman of Shorewood; brother Dr. Larry (Bernis) Kretchmar of Los Altos, Calif.; and one grandchild.
Rabbi Ronald Shapiro officiated at the funeral service at Wisconsin Memorial Park, which was held on June 3.
Memorials to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-Wisconsin Chapter would be appreciated by the family.
