Robert R. Edwards

Former Milwaukeean Robert R. Edwards died Oct. 29 in Scottsdale, Ariz. He was 80.
A native of Chicago, he lived for many years in Milwaukee, where he founded Kopyprint, a chain of printing shops.

A graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology, he was a veteran of World War II, an accomplished musician and a prize-winning photographer. According to his family, he was known for his sense of humor, honesty and integrity.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Gloria (nee Gold) Edwards; son William (Melinda) Edwards; daughters Lisa (Michael) Harris and Lynne (Donald) Garon; and six grandchildren.

Services and burial were held Oct. 31 in Scottsdale.
