Milwaukee native Myron Katz died Nov. 18 of complications of Crohn’s disease. He was 67 years old.
Born in Milwaukee, Katz graduated from Washington High School in 1957 and attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
According to his family, he had a strong interest in cars, including auto racing and miniature car collecting.
He is survived by mother Goldie Katz of Mequon; sister, Estelle (Sheldon) Bernstein, of Aventura, Fla.; and brother Jeffrey (Karen) Katz of Glendale.
Graveside services were held on Nov. 20 at Agudas Achim Cemetery. Rabbi Ronald Shapiro officiated.
Memorial contributions to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America are appreciated by the family.
