Native Milwaukeean Mark “Buddy” Silberman of Los Angeles died May 2, from cardiac arrest. He was 73.
He graduated from Washington High School in 1950 and was employed as the managing partner of MS Communications, L.C., in Los Angeles.
He enjoyed tennis and had a special love for show business, his family said.
He is survived by sister Rochelle Pierce of Memphis, Tenn., and brother Jim Silberman of Fox Point.
Rabbi Ronald Shapiro officiated at private funeral services. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 26, at 1 p.m. in The Porticos conference room, building B, 500 W. Bradley Rd.
Memorials to Gilda’s Club would be appreciated by the family.
