Native Milwaukeean Libby Berman (nee Salowitz) of Fox Point died of natural causes Dec. 30. She was 88.
A member of Temple Menorah, she “was proud of her volunteer work for the old Jewish Convalescent Home.
“Libby’s passion was her family for which she devoted all of her time and energy. Her family and many friends will dearly miss her,” said son Jeff.
Her husband, Milton Berman, preceded her in death in 2003. She is survived by sons Stephen (Mary) Berman of Whitewater, Alvin (Marice) Berman of Glendale and Jeffrey (Nancy) Berman of Milwaukee; and a granddaughter.
Rabbi Isaac Lerer officiated at graveside services Jan. 2 at Beth Hamedrosh Hagodel Cemetery.
