Leslie Brill Davidson

Mequon resident Leslie Brill Davidson died of lung cancer Sept. 26. She was 52.
Born in East Hampton, N.Y., she attended East Hampton High School and graduated summa cum laude from the Utica College of Syracuse University in 1976. She moved to Wisconsin in 1978, where she worked as an occupational therapist.

She had a special interest in music, including the symphony, opera and plays, and she was an accomplished flutist. She also enjoyed making beaded jewelry.

She was a member of Congregation Shalom and of Hadassah.

She is survived by husband Arthur Davidson; son Aaron Davidson (fiancée Jill Edelstein) of Chicago; mother Joan Brill Kallmeyer and stepfather Paul Kallmeyer of East Hampton; and sister Shelley Kurtz of East Hampton. Her father, Robert Brill, preceded her in death.

Rabbi Ronald Shapiro officiated at funeral services Nov. 6. Burial was in Mound Zion Cemetery.
