Funeral services were held July 3 for Judith Mallin (nee Rosenberg) of Whitefish Bay. She died July 1 of cancer.
She was born in Chicago, grew up in Decatur, Ill., and earned a bachelor of arts degree in English and history at the University of California-Los Angeles. She settled in Milwaukee in 1961.
She was a member of Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun and served on several of its committees.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Sanford Mallin; children Marjorie and Jonathan Margolies of Fox Point, Francie Mallin of Chicago and Daniel and Deborah Mallin of Minneapolis; sister Alice (Clifford) Hart of Flint, Mich.; father-in-law Max Mallin of Milwaukee; sister-in-law Ruth (Bill) Braun of Milwaukee; and five grandchildren.
Rabbi Marc Berkson officiated at the funeral. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
