Milwaukee native Jerome Charles Peckarsky, of McLean, Va., died there Dec. 28. He was 90.
A graduate of Washington High School and Marquette University Law School, he served in the Veterans Administration in Washington D.C. until retirement.
He is survived by wife Janet, nee Clark; son Todd Peckarsky and daughter Elizabeth Gaffney; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service was held in Vienna, Va., on Jan. 3.
