Graveside services were held July 21 for Harry J. Schmidman of Milwaukee. He died July 20 at St. Mary’s Hospital-Ozaukee at the age of 96.
He was born in Russia and made his living as a bartender. He was a member of Temple Menorah.
He is survived by sons Robert (Joan) Schmidman and David (Shirley) Schmidman; brother Maury (Mary) Schmidman; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Schmidman (nee Pover), and his son, Larry Schmidman.
Rabbi Isaac Lerer officiated at the service at Second Home Cemetery.
Memorials to Temple Menorah were suggested by the family.
