Milwaukee native Harold J. Gimbel of Bayside died Nov. 2 of pneumonia. He was 90.
He graduated from Washington High School in 1930 and worked in sales for Miller Builders. He was a member of Congregation Anshai Lebowitz. His hobbies included golf and fishing.
Survivors include son Franklyn (Anne) Gimbel of Milwaukee; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. His wife, Virginia Gimbel (nee Pivar), and son Stanley (Judy) Gimbel preceded him in death.
Rabbis Bernard Reichman and Ronald Shapiro officiated at the funeral on Nov. 4. Burial was in Anshai Lebowitz Cemetery.
