Harlan H. Slavin

Harlan Henry Slavin of Milwaukee died May 14 at the age of 74.

He was born and raised in Chicago and settled in Milwaukee in 1953. A salesman, he worked for 20 years for Milwaukee Notions.

He belonged to Temple Menorah. In his spare time, he loved to play golf.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Slavin (nee Friedrich); daughters Ellen (Rusty) Salley of Belvidere, Ill., and Sharon (Don) Brink of Greendale; and six grandchildren.

Rabbi Issac Lerer officiated at the funeral on May 16. Burial was in Mound Zion Cemetery.

Memorials to Temple Menorah would be appreciated by the family.
