Longtime Milwaukee dentist Donald S. Levine of River Hills died Oct. 5. He was 64.
The Milwaukee native graduated from Washington High School in 1955 and received his dental degree from Marquette University in 1961. He operated Levine Dental Services and belonged to Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and the Wisconsin Dental Association.
He was a member of Temple Menorah and Congregation Beth Israel. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling and working crossword puzzles.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Rosalie Levine (nee Goldberg); sons Dr. Paul (Judy) Levine of Bayside and Mark (Lori) Levine of Brown Deer; daughter Dr. Sharyl (Bob) Paley of Mequon; brother Burton (Frieda) Levine; and seven grandchildren.
Rabbis Isaac and Gil-Ezer Lerer officiated at the funeral on Oct. 7 followed by burial in Temple Menorah Everest Cemetery.
Memorials to Temple Menorah would be appreciated by the family.
