Ann B. Feldstein

Longtime Marinette resident Ann Feldstein (nee Berman) died in Punta Gorda, Fla., on Dec. 17. She was 93.

She was born in Green Bay and was the salutatorian of her East High School class. After graduation, she worked at the Fort Howard Paper Company and was one of the first Packer fans.

She married Samuel Feldstein in 1932. The couple operated Feldstein’s Jewelry store in Marinette. In addition, she was a hospital volunteer and a member and officer of Hadassah and the Marinette Women’s Club.

After her husband’s death in 1995, she moved to Glendale and joined Congregation Shalom. She moved to Florida last year.

Her survivors include sons Dr. Robert (Rivian) Feldstein of Avila Beach, Calif., and Dr. Charles (Patricia) Feldstein of Foster City, Calif.; daughters Kay (Robert) Boxer of Bayside and Janice (Richard) Francois of Punta Gorda; sister Ruth Blackman of Green Bay; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Rabbi Ronald Shapiro officiated at services in Marinette on Dec. 19. Burial was at Congregation Montifiore Cemetery in Marinette.
