Services were held Feb. 22 for Alma Weidenbaum at Beth Hamedrosh Hagodel Cemetery. She died Feb. 19 of congenital heart disease in Scottsdale, Ariz., at the age of 76.
Formerly of Bayside, she was born in Argentina and settled in the Milwaukee area in 1949. A homemaker, she was a member and past president of Women’s American ORT.
While living here, she belonged to Congregation Beth Jehudah. According to her family, she was always involved in charity work.
She is survived by sons Michael (Terri) Weidenbaum of Bayside and Robert (Kathy) Weidenbaum of Glendale, and five grandchildren. Her husband, Larry Weidenbaum, died in 1991.
The family would appreciate memorials to the American Heart Association.
