Invited to join the first official ride in the elevator were members of the House for All People Campaign Committee, Building Accessibility Committee and Beth Hillel Leadership Council: Mary Beth Mikrut, Todd Letven, Esther Letven, Rich Zeis (in hat), Marv Letven, Connie Covey, Vic Vercammen, Sandi Fugate, Harley Sobin, Dick Selsberg, Jerry Rabin and Connie Block who is holding photos in recognition of the roles played and inspiration provided by her husband, Ed Block z”l and mother-in-law, Marge Block z”l.

The Young Leadership Division of Milwaukee Jewish Federation met with representatives of the Speakers Bureau of the Nathan and Esther Pelz Holocaust Education Resource Center, also of the Federation. Holocaust survivor Lee Marnett, center, part of the Speakers Bureau, met with event attendees on Sept. 30 at Congregation Sinai in Fox Point. This “We Bear Witness” event, a partnership of HERC and YLD, was chaired by Matt Siegel and Jenya Iuzzini-Seigel.
