Yonim dancers have new director

The Yonim Israeli Dance Troupe recently named Aviva Gellman as its new director, according to the August issue of the Madison Jewish News.

   Gellman is a veteran member of the group and a graduate of the Midrasha Hebrew high school program. She graduated this past May from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and has been “attending dance camps all over the country for the past few years,” she wrote in a statement.
