Local speakers at Polish festival

Milwaukeean Nina Edelman spoke at the Jewish Culture Festival in Krakow, Poland, on July 4. She discussed the book “A Tale of Two Soldiers,” the memoir her father, Max Gendelman, wrote about his friendship with a German soldier during World War II. Her husband, metal sculptor Richard Edelman, also spoke at the festival, which coincided with the installation of his sculpture SHOFAR KRAKOW, which will be dedicated during the mission from Milwaukee to Krakow in September.
