Madison synagogue hires lifelong learning director

Temple Beth El has hired Nicole Jahr as its first director of lifelong learning, according to the July Madison Jewish News. She took over the role on July 1 from Stephanie Kirklin, who was interim educator.

   Jahr grew up in the Detroit area. She earned a Master in Jewish Education degree from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. She has worked with and directed numerous educational programs in the Detroit area.
