Sof shel ha’shanah (end of the year)

The Hebrew class at Nicolet High School concluded the school year with a day of activities. Its members made Israeli dessert with the help of Shin Shin volunteers Itamar Shahar and Shani Ben Harosh; visited the Jewish Museum Milwaukee (shown above) and heard a presentation by JMM educator Ellie Gettinger (right); created a collage on “What Israel Means to Me” with Israel emissary Amit Yaniv-Zehavi; saw the movie “Jerusalem” at the Milwaukee Public Museum; and concluded with Israeli outdoor games in a local park.
