On Feb. 15, the Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation hosted the opening of the Sally and Phillip Askotzky Art Gallery. The featured artist was renowned photographer and JHCC resident Joan Dimow. The exhibit highlighted Dimow’s trip to the Arctic Circle. Approximately 130 family members, residents and guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and piano music.
