JCC to host open house for 2015 Maccabi Games

          The Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center will be hosting an open house for the coming 2015 JCC Maccabi Games, scheduled to be held this coming Aug. 2-7 in Milwaukee.

          The event is scheduled to take place Tuesday, Oct. 14, 7 p.m., at the JCC, 6255 N. Santa Monica Blvd.

          The five-day Olympic-style Maccabi Games is one of the world’s largest events for Jewish teens. It brings participants and spectators from around the world.

          Participants in the open house will be able to learn more about the games and about opportunities to assist through support and volunteering.
