The third annual “A Biselle KlezKamp” (“A Bit of KlezKamp”) will take place at the University of Wisconsin-Madison on Sunday, July 27, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
Participants may choose from a variety of offerings including:
• Lectures on such topics as Yiddish language, Jewish legends, Yiddish radio and Ashkenazi foods.
• Workshops for instrumental musicians, at slow tempo for relative novices and dance tempo for people with some proficiency.
• Dance workshops.
The day will culminate with a concert and dance party.
All events will take place at Union South, 1308 W. Dayton Ave. The event is free, but suggested donation is $25 for the full day. Registration is suggested but not required.
