Jewish Beginnings is like home

“Jewish Beginnings is like a home,” said Todd Gruen, past board president. “There is a sense of community and friendships that form amongst the children and families when you become a part of Jewish Beginnings.”

Jewish Beginnings Lubavitch Preschool, a NAEYC accredited educational program, is a community-based preschool, offering a stimulating and academically enriching early childhood education for children six months to five years.

There is a seamless connectivity between Judaic subjects and the world that envelops the child in a program that is dedicated to meeting each child’s physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs.

Creative play is encouraged within a supportive and nurturing environment where children build competence and confidence through many activities. Every day is filled with art, music, stories, language, Jewish living and hands-on exploration.

Jewish Beginnings’ teachers help guide the children and promote active learning, problem-solving, discovery of friendship and exploration of their new, expanded world. The classroom is a community in which Jewish values are modeled and reinforced and Hebrew language is introduced through songs, games and simple conversation.

Jewish Beginnings works to give children the opportunity to flourish and grow and to meet the needs of today’s families. Jewish Beginnings provides a place where families come together in a community of caring, support, love and laughter.
