Marty Finkler, treasurer of Congregation B’nai Israel in Oshkosh, announced in the synagogue’s November-December bulletin that he will be relinquishing that position, which he has held for 21 years.
Finkler is a professor of economics at Lawrence University. He wrote in the bulletin that the university has provided him an opportunity in the fall of 2014 to teach in the London Centre that the university established in Great Britain in 1970.
