The current Jewish Museum Milwaukee exhibit — “From Pushcarts to Professionals: The Evolution of Jewish Businesses in Milwaukee” — was showcased on Oct. 1 at the “VISIT Milwaukee” website, visitmilwaukee.org.
Blogger Margaret Casey characterized the exhibit as containing “moving stories, artifact and oral histories of generations of family businesses… When the going got tough, the resilience and entrepreneurial spirit of Milwaukee’s Jewish community survived and even flourished, and the city is forever impacted because of it.”
The exhibit runs through Dec. 1.
