Congregation Cnesses Israel in Green Bay celebrated the 10th anniversary of Rabbi Shaina Bacharach’s becoming spiritual leader with a service and Oneg Shabbat on Aug. 16.
Bacharach expressed gratitude for the event in the September issue of the synagogue’s bulletin.
