Cohen returns to JFS

Jewish Family Services, Inc. (JFS) has hired Michele Cohen as vice-president of community-based services. Cohen was previously employed by JFS as vice-president of exceptional needs from 2006 to 2009.

Cohen will assume the duties that were previously assigned to the vice president of older adult services. In addition, she will work with the staff of JFS Housing, Inc., to improve coordination of services to residents, develop community services and partnerships with other service providers and explore public and private partnerships to benefit the aging, disability and underserved populations.

Before returning to JFS, Cohen was director of clinical services at Willowglen Academy. She continues to serve as adjunct instructor in the counseling and psychology department at Mount Mary University.
