Congregation Shalom presented its 2013 David R. Pasch Meritorious Service Award to Judy, Joseph, Lori and Gary Rosenthal, Sharron Rottman and Norma Zehner.
This award is named for the synagogue’s founding president. It is given for service to the community, charitable works and dedication to Shalom.
The awards were presented at the congregation’s annual meeting on June 20. In addition, the synagogue elected new officers at this meeting. They are:
President, Linda S. Berlin; Immediate Past President, Barry Goldman; Treasurer, Scott Franklin; Trustees Melissa Honigman, Steve Koritzinsky, Steve Moffic and Neil Willenson; Endowment Board member, Elizabeth Behrendt; Sisterhood Presidents, Susie Rosengarten and Mandy Wienke; Youth Group President, Carly Cohen.
Board members nominated for another two year term are: Trustees, Lori Rosenthal and Steve Rubnitz; Vice Presidents, Ben Merens, Matt Price, Terri Stevens and Anne Wright; Endowment Board members, Ron Miller and Larry Newman.
