Jackson Katz, Ph.D., spoke to an audience of 160 at the Italian Conference Center on May 1. Katz discussed acts of violence in American society and how these tragedies need to be understood as part of a crisis in masculinity. The program, presented by Jewish Family Services, was offered in memory of Hirsh J. Larkey, a psychologist at JFS who died in April 2011. Photo provided by Tara Clark/JFS.
