‘Buckets for Bob’ slated

           Two Mequon boys as a joint bar mitzvah project are creating an event to help someone with amylotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig’s disease).

          Josh Glazer and Adam Sadoff are hosting “Buckets for Bob,” a three-on-three basketball tournament to raise money for Bob Aker and the ALS Association of Wisconsin.

          The tournament is Sunday, May 19, at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center. It is for ages 11 and up, with adult, high school, and middle school divisions. Registration deadline is Sunday, May 12.
