Youth Humanitarian Project

Through the Youth Humanitarian Project, families donated gifts for 17 children who otherwise wouldn’t receive anything on Christmas morning. The presents were delivered to clients of Jewish Family Services who were unable to afford gifts for their children or grandchildren this past holiday season. In addition to JFS, 30 gifts were collected for two other agencies in the Milwaukee area. The Youth Humanitarian Project, led by Rabbi Shari Shamah of the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center, offers a central resource for children ages 4-14 to give back to their community and help make the world a better place.
