More than 200 teenagers from Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota gathered at the Union for Reform Judaism Olin-Sang-Ruby Union Institute Camp in Oconomowoc for North American Federation of Temple Youth’s regional winter kallah (event) Dec. 21-23.
