Roe vs. Wade 40th anniversary

Rabbi Marc Berkson of Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun delivered the invocation at an interfaith event Jan. 22 at Plymouth Church marking the 40th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court decision Roe vs. Wade that is the foundation of abortion rights in the U.S. The event was co-sponsored by the church, the Jewish Community Relations Council of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation, the National Abortion Rights Action League, the Pro-Choice Wisconsin Foundation, and Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin.
