Celebrating a new Torah scroll

 A new Torah scroll was dedicated at the Ohr HaTorah Jewish Heritage Center in Glendale on Dec. 9, the first day of Chanukah. Center director Rabbi Akiva Freilich is shown in the center during the dancing with the scroll at the ceremony.
