The Kosher Supervisors of Wisconsin issued an update about its supervision at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center in an email sent to The Chronicle on July 5. The message states:
The JCC’s AB Data Café and kitchen facilities for meat and dairy foods are supervised by KSW, including events run by the JCC or outside caterers.
The Daniel M. Soref Education and Retreat Center in Fredonia is under KSW supervision only upon request.
The Hy and Richard Smith JCC Water Park is not under kashrut supervision.
KSW does not supervise any food that may be prepared anywhere else at the JCC besides the café and kitchen.
