The Sarah Chudnow Community in March received a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. According to a release, this places the facility among the top ten percent of nursing homes nationally.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services provides the government rating measures for all certified nursing homes. The ratings are based on comprehensive health inspections, the quality of staff care, and overall quality measures.
Located in Mequon, the facility is an independent, not-for-profit senior living community with its own on-site management and support staff. The president is Michael I. Sattell, the administrator is Paul J. Schultz, and the chair of the board is Daniel Chudnow.
