Milwaukee native film director and writer David Zucker has worked with the Wisconsin Department of Tourism to create a television spot promoting winter tourism to Wisconsin.
Moreover, a longer version of the spot has been running on some 450 movie screens in some Marcus Theaters in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota, beginning Feb. 10, according to a release from the WDT.
Zucker has been involved as director, writer, and producer on such films as “Airplane!,” “The Naked Gun,” and “Ruthless People.” He said this is the first time he has worked on a project in Wisconsin in about 40 years.
