Emily Mayer of Mequon celebrated becoming a bat mitzvah on Nov. 12 at Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun. She is the daughter of Wendy and Bill Mayer and the sister of Katy, 15.
The paternal grandmother is Carol Levin of Mequon.
Emily is a student at Lake Shore Middle School.
