Class for teens offered at ASKT

Congregation Anshe Sfard Kehillat Torah is offering a class for teens titled “Judaism: The Basics and Beyond.”

The class will meet every other Monday beginning on Dec. 5, at 7:45 a.m., at the synagogue, 6717 N. Green Bay Ave.

ASKT spiritual leader Rabbi Wes Kalmar will discuss such topics as faith, mitzvot, the Bible, halachah, men’s and women’s roles in Judaism, Judaism’s view of the afterlife, and others.
