Yael Hubur (left) and Hadas David are Milwaukee’s new “Shin Shin” people — that is, participants in the Jewish Agency for Israel’s Young Emissary Program (Shnat Sherut). Hubur, 17, comes from Kibbutz Ashdot, David, 18, from Kibbutz Kinneret, both located in the Lake Kinneret region that is partnered with Milwaukee, Tulsa, and St. Paul in the Partnership2Gether (P2G) program.
