Milwaukee Jewish musician Marc Revenson, aka Lil Rev, directs, will present, and will perform at the third annual Milwaukee Ukulele Festival.
This event will be held Sept. 24 at the Sunset Playhouse in Elm Grove.
Revenson is both a nationally recognized ukulele master and an authority on Jewish influences in U.S. popular music. He has taught at the Milwaukee Jewish Day School and recorded Yiddish songs among other things. (See Chronicle, Feb. 12, 2009.)
