The fourth annual “Tribe Ride” for area Jewish bicyclists is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 2, 8:30 a.m.
The plan calls for riders to meet at Bayside Middle School, 601 E. Ellsworth Lane, Bayside, ride for about 20 miles, and reunite for brunch afterward at a private home.
Organizer Joe Kasle in a release emphasizes that this event “is not a race. The idea is to ride at a comfortable speed and distance for you, kibbitz and schmooze, have fun, get exercise, and have a nosh when finished.”
