Jewish hospital volunteers needed

Aurora Health Care is reaching out to the Jewish community and asking for volunteers to visit patients.

It is asking for a minimum commitment of two hours per month to assist at either Aurora St Luke’s or Aurora Sinai Medical Center.

Rabbinic Pastor Aggie Goldenholz is spearheading the Aurora Bikkur Holim program, which will also involve training in the art of visiting the sick.

This is an opportunity for anyone interested in learning, giving back to the community, or developing a spiritual practice of visiting the sick.

For information, contact Goldenholz at 414-219-6084.
