Chai Lights: Survivor’s tree

On June 7, Milwaukee resident Holocaust survivor Nathan Taffel (center) was honored by Kennedy Middle School in Germantown with a lilac tree planted on the school grounds. Taffel had told his life story to students in the social studies classes taught by Linda Lee Weiner (next to Taffel at right).
