Kyle Evans and Matthew Canter of Washington, D.C., were married April 30 at Decatur House, an historic building near the White House.
The bride’s parents are Joanne and Bruce Evans of Detroit.
The groom is the son of Sharon and Richard Canter of Milwaukee. Matthew works as communications director for the Democratic Senatorial Coordinating Campaign.
The groom’s maternal grandmother is Annalee Sosman of Milwaukee. The bride’s maternal grandparents are Delome and Mervyn Kerstner of Columbus, Ohio.
