Michaela Renee Marks of Brown Deer will celebrate becoming a bat mitzvah on April 30 at Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun. She is the daughter of Cathy and Mitchell Marks, and the sister of Rebecca, 20, and Jordan, 16.
The maternal grandparents are the late Sheila and the late Leon Vergetis. Marlene and Jerry Marks are the paternal grandparents.
Michaela is a student at Brown Deer Middle School.
