Lake Park Synagogue and its spiritual leader Rabbi Shlomo Levin were scheduled to represent Milwaukee among the 38 communities slated to participate at the Orthodox Union’s third “Emerging Jewish Communities Home and Job Relocation Fair.”
The event was scheduled for Sunday, March 27, in New York City. According to a release from OU, “The purpose of the fair is to acquaint people from the New York Metropolitan area that communities outside of New York, regardless of size, offer opportunities for a fulfilling Orthodox lifestyle.”
