Rosenthal to speak to Reform synagogues group

The Metropolitan Milwaukee Council of Reform Congregations will feature Hannah Rosenthal at its annual Shabbat Service Friday, March 18, 7:45 p.m., at Congregation Shalom. Rosenthal is Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism at the U.S. State Department in Washington, D.C. (See story on home page.)

Before joining the State Department, Rosenthal was executive director of the Chicago Foundation for Women, one of the largest women’s funds in the world. Prior to that, she was executive director of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs for five years. She served as Midwest regional director of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services during the Clinton Administration.
