The next program in “The Nashim Project” will be a screening and interactive discussion of the documentary film “Mamadrama: The Jewish Mother in Cinema” (2001).
The program will take place on Tuesday, March 15, 9:30 a.m. at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center.
“The Nashim Project” is a five-part educational series for Jewish women jointly sponsored by the Coalition for Jewish Learning, the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center, and the Women’s Division of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation.
This session is included in the fee paid by individuals who are participating in the full series, which started in October 2010. Cost to attend a single session is $10.
The two remaining programs in the series include:
• “Blessed is the Match: The Hannah Senesh Story,” film and interactive discussion on Thursday, April 7.
• “The Miracle of the Mikvah,” an educational field trip on Thursday, May 5.
