A son, Eli Allen (Hebrew name Eliahu Natan), was born on Dec. 24 to Jill Goldmann Weinshel and Michael Weinshel of Mequon. He is their first child.
The maternal grandmother is Ruth Goldmann of Mequon. Renee and Leo Weinshel of St. Petersburg, Fla., are the paternal grandparents.
The baby is named in memory of his maternal grandfather, Allen Goldmann, and his paternal great-grandparents, Nellie and Nathan Rohter.
